Tooth
& Nail Records is more than a music company to the people who support the bands worldwide and the hard-working staff who consider the office a second
home, their coworkers a second family. What began in a bedroom over a decade
ago has grown organically to become the enthusiastic support system behind many
of the most important rock bands operating, including Underoath, Emery, Hawk
Nelson, Thousand Foot Krutch and The Almost. With headquarters in Seattle and
offices in Nashville, Tennessee and elsewhere, Tooth & Nail Records is also
the parent company to Solid State Records (Demon Hunter, Haste The Day) and BEC
Recordings (Jeremy Camp, Kutless, KJ-52).
An artist that has made an Impact on me is Brian
"Head" Welch.
Brian Phillip Welch (born June 19, 1970) better
known as Head, is an American
musician best known as the former guitarist and co-founder of the nu metal band Korn,
but after becoming a Christian, Welch left the band in 2005 to focus on
life as a father and to pursue his own solo career. On February 22, 2005,
Korn's management announced that after almost 12 years, Welch had left Korn,
citing that he had "...chosen the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior, and
will be dedicating his musical pursuits to that end." Now Brian was
already a major part in a successful music group, but to drop all that money
and focus on God and starting a new life clean is a testimony in
itself I personally look up to this man for the faith he has!!!!
